Speed & Length Measurement

The SLRmini-i4 W has a wide-angle lens for the measuring less reflective and curved surface products in “roll to roll” or “cut to length” processes, such as wire, cable, hose, tube and pipe.

Non-contact, high accuracy measurement is ideal for drive control and for when length measurement is critical for product quality.
The SLRmini-i4 W is bi-directional, with ‘zero speed’ capability and automatic direction detection.
The SLmini-i4 W connects easily to all standard control systems.

3 Programmable Inputs: Zero Length, Speed Pause, Length Pause, Forward-Reverse. 2 Fixed inputs: Laser enable and Shutter enable. Max. input voltage: 30 Vdc.

Configurable to: Gauge OK; Gauge too hot; Good reading; Object detected; Preset length 1 / Batch length reached; Preset length 2 / Batch length reached; Gauge measuring speed.
