Speed & Length Measurement

The InteliSENS® SLRmini-W Series non-contact speed and length measurement gauge has a Wide angle lens making it ideal for the measurement of curved surface products in “roll to roll” or “cut to length” processes. Wire, Cable, Hose, Tube, Pipe are good examples. Applications where speed measurement is critical for drive control or where length measurement is critical for product quality will benefit from the increased accuracy of Laser Doppler Speed and Length Measurement.

Zero Speed

The SLRmini Series gauges can detect true zero speed as the product comes to stop

Direction Detection

Automatic Direction Detection is ideal if you product rewinds, relaxes when stopped or has vibration in the stopped condition. The SLRmini Series of gauges will cancel forward reverse movements to maintain zero speed and length.
