Proton Products welcomes you to see our full range of products at the Wire China Exhibition 2014 in Shanghai, running from the 24th to 27th September 2014. Our representatives will be present to answer any questions that you may have.
We will be introducing our new InteliSENS® SL mini and SLR mini series of laser Doppler non-contact speed and length gauges. Available in 120mm and 300mm stand-off distances with both unidirectional (SL mini) and bidirectional (SLR mini) models, the SL mini and SLR mini are the smallest laser Doppler non-contact speed and length gauges available on the market. They offer an economical and higher-performance replacement for traditional contact wheel encoders and despite their compact size they feature RS-232, CANbus, Ethernet and pulse / quadrature pulse outputs fitted as standard, with EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, PROFIBUS or DeviceNET industrial communications interfaces available as a factory-fitted option.
Also new to the show will be our new NEXiS® CS3G-C dual diameter extrusion controller. The CS3G-C is designed for connection to two Proton Products DG or DG-k series diameter gauges and an insulation extruder or capstan drive for diameter measurement, control and Single Measurement Flaw Detection (SMFD).
Finally, we will introduce our new CDi interface display unit which features a high-resolution color screen for user-friendly display and menu-driven control of Proton Products gauges and instruments. Initially available for the ST1525-HF spark tester, the CDi will be rolled out for all products that currently use the AiG2 interface display unit.
Also on display at the show will be our leading InteliSENS® DG-k Series of high speed diameter gauges with up to 10kHz scan rates as well as our market-leading InteliSENS® SL and SLR non-contact speed and length gauges. Also on display will be our range of capacitance gauges, lump and neck detectors, spark testers, preheaters and NEXiS® extrusion controllers.
