Ultrasonic Wall Thickness Measurement

Configure your ultrasonic measurement system below. Select your pipe diameter, layer configuration, and hardware options to find the right solution for your application.

Enter Pipe/Tube Diameter

Enter the outer diameter of your pipe or tube. This determines which gauge head model is required for accurate measurement.

Select Layer Configuration

Choose single layer for standard wall thickness measurement, or multiple layer if you need to measure inner linings or coatings.

Step 3

Choose Scanning System

The full scanning box includes the water trough and mounting system. Select gauge head only if you have an existing trough setup.

For diameters over 32mm, only the full scanning box option is available. The gauge head cannot be used standalone at larger sizes.
Step 4

Select HMI Configuration

The prebuilt stand includes a complete touchscreen interface ready for deployment. The panel mount IPC kit is for custom integration into your existing control panel.
