Solid, Rugged, Precise
The SLRM Gauge head is CNC precision machined from a solid block of aluminum. Heatsink cooling ribs and internal air or water cooling channels are integrally machined in a one piece body. The anodized finish looks great and creates a hard, wear-resistant and heat-resistant layer that properly protects the underlying aluminum.

Optical Design
The Highly Sophisticated Optical Lenses that create the Laser Doppler are well protected from harsh manufacturing environments. Located inside the gauge body, these lenses do not have any contact with the environment. A cover glass, made from Gorilla Glass can be wiped clean and if damaged can be simply replaced without affecting calibration.

Laser Safety
Internal and External Laser Shutters are designed into the gauge. The Internal Laser Shutter can be enabled and disabled via PC, PLC or Mobile App. A key switch is also provided on the PSU-BOB-ISO the Key Switch must be enabled to provide power to the Laser even when the gauge is powered up.
