Air Wipe (SLM/SLRM)
The Air Wipe / Quick Change Window protects the beam window from contaminants such as dust and oil mist. Low-pressure “instrument-quality air” is connected to the device. This creates an air curtain across the Quick Change Window, which prevents deposits of contaminants on the beam window.
