InteliSENSTM SL Series non-contact speed and length gauges provide extremely accurate measurements in almost any production environment.
Production processes, such as wire, cable, web products, wovens, non-wovens, paper, plastic film, tapes, building material, floorings and labelling are all measured using the laser Doppler method.
Applications requiring a precise cut-to-length production process benefit from the highly accurate non-slip laser Doppler measurement.
SL Series gauges, are money-saving, direct replacements for traditional, problematic, high-maintenance contact wheel and roller-type devices.
The gauges are extremely easy to install, integrate and use.
Accurate speed and length measurement with Proton's SL Series gauges helps reduce scrap, increases uptime and improves material yield, through elimination of product “Give Away” or “Short Length” claims.
