InteliSENSTM DG Series laser scanning diameter gauges provide fast, accurate and repeatable measurements for products manufactured within critical tolerance limits.
DG gauges can also measure stranded cables and glass tubing.
Proton offers single-plane and dual plane gauges for a range of product diameters.
Robust industrial design and use of advanced digital signal processing electronics make DG gauges extremely reliable and easy to integrate into production control systems. Each DG gauge head features RS232, CANbus and Bluetooth as standard; Profibus and Ethernet Industrial Protocol, and DeviceNET are available options.
Analogue and contact closures are provided in the optional PSU-RS2-AR, and CS2GXY and CS3G units.
These NEXiS™ series control systems enable cost effective and accurate process control for manufacturers of wire, cable, tubing, piping and many other continuously produced materials.
DG Series diameter gauges connect directly to the NEXiSTM series of control systems to provide a complete solution for product measurement and process control.
